Staff and location were perfect for us. Very gorgeous hotel, close enough to the downtown, a 5 minutes' walk. Enjoyed that it was only a short distance to the crown venue bus station. Very clean unit.

Hotel location was just a walk down to coniston water. Steam Bistro, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. An incredible base for our holiday, would return anytime;)))
